Effects® trims

A versatile range of fibre cement trims providing a polished finish around windows, doors, and both internal and external corners, Effects® trims is also suitable as a decorative accent to create distinctive design features.

Effects® fascia

A specially formulated fibre cement board engineered for long-term durability and a consistently excellent finish, Effects® fascia complements all Innova® cladding products, providing the aesthetics, performance and durability for any residential home design.

Features & benefits

• Designed to accommodate Durasheet® for a seamless transition.

• Provides a timber look without the problems associated with real timber – will not rot, swell or twist, and is resistant to termites.

• Gun-nailable and easy to cut and handle.

• Complies with BAL40 as required in AS 3959 – Construction of buildings in bushfire prone areas.

• Available in 14mm thickness.

Effects® base trim

Specifically designed to deliver a sleek, contemporary finish to slab edges, Effects® base trim is ready for painting and ensures a professional exterior appearance.

• Corrosion-resistant; coastal zone compatible.

• Provides a flashing function for any excess moisture, pushing water out and away from the internals.
